Getting Charges while waiting question

I have sent off my first letter claiming the money back for the charges. But the day after I sent it off I got another £38 charge. Should I send another seperate letter for the £38 or send another letter saying "please add on £38" or start the whole process again.

£190 claimed back from Natwest.

£80 back from Barlcaycard

I would just draw attention to the new charge in your second letter, stating since your first request, you have incurred a further charge now bringing the total to £XX.
