limited paypal and removing bank acc

i recently decided to go and get the 57.99 out of a old permantley limited paypal as i got my natwest set up but after i got the funds in my paypal the !!!!!!s wont let me remove my bank to use on other paypal!!!! cheeky so i looked around and found somthing that could work i visited my local branch and asked them to cancel my direct debit with them they gave me somthing to sign and boyakasha they said wait a few days and they said they have done this many of time before but it comes down to this question, will it magicly get my bank info off my old paypal because to be frank i dont see how it will but some seem to think it works

I don't really follow you, sorry.
However, if you have a limited paypal account and have opened another one then you will lose the new one as well as soon as they realise.
