Npower tariff switch query

Hi,
My Sign Online 18 tariff is about to come to an end, so I just want to switch to Sign Online 22 instead. Can I do this through Uswitch or should I phone them? I've read through the letter they sent me a number of times and it just says to change tariff see their website. I've had a look at the website and it does give me options on there to switch online, so would doing it through Uswitch (Quidco) be any different?
I do feel that I may be trying to find a problem where there isn't one
, but would appreciate any advice.

The easiest way is to do it on the npower website (takes 1 min). Not sure you can even do it via a comparison site if you are staying with the existing provider.0

Agree with Swipe - I'm with Npower and have changed tariffs several times online with them and they sent a confirmation letter through a few days later confirming the dates of the changeover. I took & submitted meter readings when I did this to make sure there were no 'errors' on their part...0
