Mis-sold mortgage

I have been contacted by Consumer Money Matters Limited claiming that they believe they have significant ground to put a mis-sold mortgage claim forward.
Fee payable for this service is as follows which is backed by their “NO PAYOUT NO FEE GURANTEE”
So if your claim is unsuccessful for any reason the admin fee will be refunded.
£150 + plus V.A.T for the administration of the claim and £10 for the subject access request report.
If they are successful with the claim they charge 29.5% inclusive of VAT
Has anyone out there have any advise.....
Thanks Fairycakes

Yes - ignore it!
If they are so confident then they won't need a fee upfront will they? :rotfl:If you feel my comments are helpful then I'd love it if you 'Thanked' me!0 -
The only they're confident of is taking you for a ride ...0

Tell them to do it for no cash upfront and you'll increase their split to 90%. I'll bet they don't take you up on the offer.0

Were you missold a mortgage? You must have some idea!
If you were, put in a claim yourself. It's not hard.
If you weren't, why would you pay someone £150+ to find out?
(and no, I don't believe their refund promise. Read the small print - there'll be some catch in there somewhere!)0 -
Its an awful lot easier to keep the money in your bank than it is to recover it from someone who owes it to you.
If you like lending money to strangers on the promise that they'll return it, can I have £20 please? I promise you can have it back next time I see you...0
