I'd definitely be concerned by the huge watermark in the loft.

I think you could make that house look beautiful just as it is, undecorated, with good sophisticated furniture.

If you've got the usual modern bland funiture, complete with giant TV and the inevitable brown leather sofas, then no, it would look bad!

Have seen worse definitely but I too would not be letting it whilst that massive watermark/damp/leak is clearly visible in pic 11.

It's more modern and clean looking than where I'm living right now.

Only problem I can see is what looks like a big leak in the loft room.

That is an enormous attic room by the look of it - but I spotted what looked like a very large damp patch there too....

That plus one or two of the "bits and bobs" in the place and I wonder if its one of those "We want to sell it - but cant - hence we are renting it out" places.

It certainly needs the leak fixing and decent neutral modern decor throughout - but I guess they won't bother if they've managed to rent it out anyway in the state its in.

I quite liked it - that loft is huge!! It's a nice size and has original features. If I was the LL, I'd probably tone it down a bit though!

Thank god there's someone in the property world who can break away from the magnolia brigade and show some individuality. It's not my taste, but heck, it's a roof, it's huge and it's close to the town centre.
