ebay indefinitely suspended my account!!!

his morning logged into my account and they have indefinitely suspended my account, and they can't give me a reason....
How unfair is that!
I have replied back to the message but just got a reply saying that will not change there mind and can not give me a reason why they have done this and its with there T&C that they can do this.

They do not close accounts without some explanation so you need to look for earlier emails etc. Try looking in all the spam folders.
If there is nothing at all showing, even in junk then there is a possibility that your email account was hacked and emails from ebay removed before you could read them.

98.9 % is fair, not good but not too bad either the important stats are always the expanded seller dashboard as that shows warnings, breaches and such like. they did this to me some time ago, they said the reason was that they do it to prevent "I dont know what" but it is supposed to be random and you are just unlucky, they automatically unfreeze it after a few weeks.
I sell very little on there and did not do anything wrong:cool: Wisdom doesn't necessarily come with age.
