Hi All,
I see lots of first time buyer posts but i am selling my first ever house and im lost lol.
Any tips or advise where to start.
We would be moving in with parents to start with so no chain.

Tidy up and declutter if needed.
Get your house valued! Contact maybe 3 estate agents. Ask them about fees, tie-in periods etc.0 -
Do a wee search on rightmove for similar properties in your area to get an idea of what asking prices are, but don't tell the Estate Agent what you find - you want their value without being influenced by your aspirations for price!0

Decide how much money you want/are willing to sell for.0

Lick of paint can do wonders! tidy the garden (if you have one), clean carpets if they are a bit grubby. Make the place smell nice. In our experience, try and sell a lifestyle, not just the house.0
