Please help - acer laptop problem - no idea???

Good afternoon all,
I am a novice computer user and have just bought a new acer laptop. I have installed coupon printer and can print/coupons and vouchers but have found that no links for coupons/money of vouchers from facebook will load then when refreshed says print limit reached.
All I get is a loading message and it stoped there!
anyone any idea why??

HUH! can you explain the issue a little more? First off, this isnt a problem with the Acer, its more likely an issue with the sofware that you are using! are you a merchant trying to print coupons or are you just collecting coupons?I'm not normally a religious man, but... if you're up there, save me, Superman!0
