WARNING I WANT ONE OF THOSE ARE NOT DELIVERING ON TIME.

ORDERED ITEM SUNDAY 10TH STANTARD DEL STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED EVEN THOUGH i HAD NO PROBS WITH OTHER COMPANIES SO IT'S NOT THE POST.

ORDERED ANOTHER THURS (SAME ITEM AS NEEDED TODAY) PAID £6.00 NEXT DAY DEL GUARANTEED BEFORE 6.00 NEXT DAY.STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED.

Sorry to shout but I'm so annoyed with them.

So what do they say when you talk to them?

If something was sent for guaranteed next delivery then maybe you should be looking to blame the courier..but as I say only IWOOT are the only people who can tell you if it was shipped and what they are doing if these items are lost.

IWOOT siad I would be gauranteed to recieve this by 6.00 on Friday i.e. the next day.Could not track parcel because no. was not showing up on parceline site. I rang IWOOT Friday late afternoon and they said that parceline would definately deliver it by 8.00p.m

Saturday morning able to track parcel said showing at local parceline depot. It had not been collected from IWOOT until Friday.Phoned IWOOT who said it couldn't be delivered on a Saturday unless they paid extra.Finally delivered on Monday which was too late, so did not accept.

Definately IWOOT fault as they should not have lied about guaranteed next day delivery and they should have paid to have it delivered on Saturday as it was already late.
The item I originally ordered more than a week ago never turned up either. So they have taken 2 lots f money for item and two lots of postage and caused me alot of inconveniece and money to get nothing.

Now I will have the fiasco of trying to get all my money back.They were useless and won't be using them again.

The banner on their main website last week stated they would be upgrading all orders to courier delivery to guarantee Christmas delivery. For this reason I felt confident ordering from them.

I have spoken to their customer services today and they have stated that in the small print it said that they "may not send all deliveries by courier"

Mine were sent standard royal mail and have not arrived.

They lied on their website and are hiding behind the small print. I will never shop with them again and will be taking it further.

Mine arrived by Royal MAil today broken in several places. Not a great service.

Dont confuse yourself here.. The small print is something all companies have and use.. Its amazing how many people never read it

I think it maybe you who is getting a little confused.

Small print is fine to use, however if it directly contradicts the main offer (in this case displayed as a banner on the homepage) then the offer is misleading. Their offer to upgrade ALL orders to a courier service was in fact a con as they had no intention of doing this.

Well I ordered something from IWOOT on the 23rd November plenty of time for christmas...yeah right.. After saying item was in stock and dispatched within 24hrs, a week later it was still 'processing', I complain, I get told they can't give me any estimates on delivery. Finally gets dispatched on the 10th, Still has not arrived, contacted them and still no reply....
