stereo problems please help

Hi, Hope someone can help me out there?

I've just fitted my OH stereo in her car and everytime we lock the car the stereo turns it's self on! any ideas?

is it a vw?
even if it isn't you have obviously plugged into some part of the can bus and depending on the load your radio pulls you are possibly looking at major damage to a module
i suggest you disconnect the radio pronto till you find out what you are doing and make sure your fire and theft is up to date, but even then self inflicted isn't covered

is it the original wiring plugged into an ISO connector or has somebody butchered the wiring at some point?

Nope its a Citroen Picasso, having read up on the citroen forums, made a few phone calls etc I have found out this happens in all Picasso's stupid car! Also found out that the radio turns it's self off after a 1min of locking the door

All original wiring, just a stupid car!!!!

It's French, they were either on strike when they made it or had just come back from the 3 hour lunch break down the wine bar.

Anyway it is not a stupid car, It is ecentric.
