It certainly seemed strange to me. I think I'll write a letter of complaint then and see what they come back with. :-/Same here, that's a load of rubbish. I did refunds from other stores today. And it's nothing to do with delivery areas, I can book a delivery in Scotland, and arrange collection from there too.
Whether it's delivered or not, a store the other side of the country could cancel/arrange pick up of the order.0
