Hi,
We have a brand new crosswater tap that is making a really anoying noise. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFVTlUoqeO4
Crosswater sent us replacement catridges which made no difference. The noise seems to be from the spout anyway as there is no noise when the water is run through the shower attachment.
Anyone got any ideas?
Cheers Dave

Generally pipes will sing if the pressure is too high for the size of the pipe. Have you got isolating valves fitted? If so are they fully open? Pipes can sing iwhen water flows over a partially closed valve as, being an obstruction, the pressure will be higher at the partially closed valve. If you can rule out any isolating valves then I'd be looking at the divertor valve as the cause.
