Probably an old topic but i need a wm within the week--i need the old machine removed too plus delivery to my door on the 2nd floor! and recommendations?
i just looked at a recommended site and have decided on a beko product but who do i get it supplied by --whose the best and will they take away the old one?

I always try and buy big appliances from John Lewis as customer service is excellent and returns really easy if you change your mind. Not sure about up to second floor but they take old appliances away for a small charge, think it was about £9 for our dryer. If its a stock item then its John Lewis who deliver it, if not its outsourced so possibly not as good.0

I"ll second JL, we spent £200 on a JL branded WM from them 4 years ago...still going strong, and it comes with a 2 year guarantee, not 1 year like most places.0
