I have a small air compressor and blowing compressed air into the radiator does the job for me.0

Taping a bottle brush on to a garden cane works well, gets in all the nooks & crannys or a wire coathanger as already mentioned. Nice & bendable.

I do remember seeing a special brush to do the job (something similar to this but coat way less - http://www.lakeland.co.uk/22322/Microfibre-Radiator-Brush or http://www.amazon.co.uk/Elliot-Radiator-brush/dp/B0017RKCRQ/ref=dp_cp_ob_kh_title_1)
Or you can get an attachment for the vacuum cleaner to do the job - Lidl had them awhile ago.0
