I didn't know RE were sacking people too. Maybe I should be more careful before getting annoyed with their proof readers.0

This happened last summer/autumn with the food stores. Loads of them weren't upto scratch and they have been appearing on the jobs board on a regular basis recently.0 -
Thats how my problems with RE started taking on proofreaders about their ridiculous requirements. Their reports are poorly planned and repetitive and a lot of work for the money. The proofreaders dont seem to read the whole report before firing off queries.
GAP will also drop people.0 -

A sacking from GYP is a bit like an MS Graduation. It would appear that if you live in a highly populated area you will receive your honours far quicker than your countryside colleagues. I survived about two years until about the time I left uni which is probably why I see it as graduation lol.
As for RE them sacking people is a new one on me. I have heard of people being warned etc but not sacked. Although with all the new shoppers that they are saying that they have on their books they may have saw it as an opportunity to shed some excess baggage that is causing them problems.0 -
Has anyone done one of the Bare test centre jobs before? How are they to do, I can imagine it's a bit of a boring hour.0
