I suppose I shouldn't give too much detail on here. However I was NOT happy, and suggested if something was wrong my answer they let me know what it was before rejecting it.
It turns out nothing was wrong with it, and it was submitted as it originally was. That's the short, polite version!0 -

That sounds about right for them. Along with the blurry pictures the system also has issues with service times. For example the drop down things you select 21 minutes 51 seconds and it goes to them saying 57 minutes 26 seconds. Then they query it even though the next questions asks the same question but you have to write a text box instead of drop down.0 -

Anyone else having trouble validating jobs with TNS.
I have 15 car jobs and have only been able to open one link and they will be automatically deallocated by Monday!
