Post 3 of this thread has a step by step guide

Oh my word, thank you! I'd forgotten about that. So it's normal that I have 16 things to assess then? It seems like a lot (to a novice).

A couple of possibly daft questions that weren't answered in the guide, in my list of departments to visit some are followed by empty brackets - like this: Cafe ( ) - and some aren't. Does that mean anything?

In post 3 it says that if there's a petrol station I have to make a small purchase, but I can't find that mentioned anywhere in my briefing notes. In the example questionnaire it just asks if gloves and paper towels are available. So has this changed, or should I still make a purchase?

In the Cafe bit of the briefing notes it says 'Please queue up (for a maximum of 3 minutes) and wait to reach the front of the queue. If
this time elapses and you have not reached the front of the queue, you may answer the staff questions as NA.' I notice that in the questions on the Customer Service desk in the report it tells you not to answer any of the questions on that interaction too if you have to wait for longer than 3 minutes - so if I wait for longer than 3 minutes, do I still go ahead and ask the question, or do I just leave? It seems odd if they want me to stick around and ask them a question, but then not give any information on it in my report because the queue was too long.

Just had RE pizza not as mystery. As I finish eating and come back to the pc, a job for the same shop has just become available. Just what are the chances.

For this bit after 3 minutes you just leave, the idea is they're supposed to open more tills/get staff to serve you in the queue to make sure that nobody has to wait more than 3 minutes at the very most before they begin being served. If you do have to wait longer than this then they fail the section.

Not sure about the other questions so I'll let someone else answer those.

Dumb scenario of the day: saying we 'only have analogue TVs' in a region that no longer has an analogue signal. I just cannot play that dumb - thanks GFK!

Thanks to everyone posting in the alerts thread, i've had a great day for picking up jobs.

Nice late lunch booked for myself and a work friend for tomorrow, and pizza and fish n chips for next week.

As you can tell the diet is going amazingly! I feel so guilty i've been for a swim. :o

It is strange to be doing these AFTER the switchover. Makes you look like a loony or a dinosaur.

Two of the four that I have done haven't been there - one closed down 5 years ago ! Makes you wonder what lists they are using.
