    Do you have hi email addy and would you like it? I would suggest wording a email to the tune of "you owe me... report used... etc " not invoicing isn't an excuse.

    infact-- best to go to the accountant ruth (I do a lot of work for tern never had an issue i email her direct!)

    Not for me, I suspect they will run the payrun today so it might take a couple days yet.

    I managed to get it right (although can't remember exactly what I put:rotfl:) but the recording isn't working - I do what it says and I don't a dial tone but get disconnected. So I need to reschedule as well.

    you need to ring GFK and ask them to set up the recording against your telephone number - beware this is the only number you can use to record their calls, unless you ring them and get them to change it to a different number. :)

    I have emailed them and had a reply and they are looking into it. Shall see what happens.

    I have really pleaded them! they said they have stopped working for the gym in question and cant pay me!! I said lets atleast spilt it so that we can both the loss and they said no and then even after repeated emails the director just STOPPED REPLYING. I felt really cheated and let down!!!! and it left me out of pocket!
    As far as i'm aware you can invoice back 7 years.

    If his only reason is that they haven't recieved your invoice within a specified time, he doesn't have a legal leg to stand on.

    I would suggest you ring him back, poltitly say you did send the invoice, but clearly there as been an error somewhere and it had not been recieved. State that you will send them another invoice and you expect it to be paid.
