IMS question, call pay minimum: ? and call pay maximum:? don't really understand this?
Any help would be greatly received.0 -
The minimum you'll be paid is X, But the most you'll be paid is Y. Simple really. It must be time based is it?0
-
Oh, I've just read the same email. It is time based, £X an hour. So you'll get paid £X for doing the job plus if it takes you a bit more time they'll pay you for it. They expect it to be done in 1hr 45min so the most they'll pay you is £Y.
But the job sounds rubbish. Covert to start then an overt audit. The bit about revealing yourself at the end is it jeopardises you being able to mystery shop the location again because they'll remember you and know what you're doing.0 -

sticky jobs ?
its the minimum payment for the first 30 mins, then per min pro rata after that up to the maximum fee
really annoyed as i listed on as 29 mins, and so had got minimum yet had i put 31 i would have got paid more. i can understand the minimum for stores that took 1-10 mins but after that it should be the fixed maximum pay, timings may just have to vary for the next wave im doing0 -

If you read the brief it tells you its not covert and what to say if you get challenged. They are very easy and straight forward to do...easy money really0 -
I had the same worries but the advice on here was great and I did it with no worries, I just walked along with a clipboard and focussed on the checkpouts and didn't make eye contact with any staff. I was left alone! One thing that I didn't think was overly clear from the brief but is mentioned in the questions is asking how many staff members were assisting or directing customers at checkout areas.
If anyone had trouble entering results on GAP they have extended the deadline for todays submissions to noon tomorrow. The site is was working a minute ago and I've managed to submit my stuff.0 -

No, you're right they don't mention counting the self scan and I think you have to include them in the grand total but not the actual checkout thing IIRR.0
