Well, I'm not super swot, but was telling my pal about them and she signed up and got this map and stuff! So, I wanted to know what she had that I didn't and it seems; 1) a dot in the right place
    2) all her supermarkets ticked
    to quote mimi "well jel"

Love, if you get this sorted, can you let us all know. Says he who can't even log on!

Also, just out of interest, if anyone knows, do TNS ever change times for the speedy visits? I would do them if they were daytime visits but all the ones near me are evening ones. Not keen on them.
  • For those that do coffee assignments for Gap (invite only), a notice has gone up on the website to say there are no assignments this month, but they will be back next month. I was wondering what had happened to them.

Tuesday lol and it can't come quick enough. Have two visits tomorrow morning then that's it until October!

I will sent you a virtual postcard whilst sitting on the beach soaking up the sun and supping Ouzo.

Worth a try emailing them. I had one once that I thought could be done any time, then realised the 12 (am/pm - can't remember which they had put now as this still always confuses me!!) was midday. It was about 2pm when I realised this!!!

Sent them an email and they said Oh it's fine, we'll change it so you can do it any time up to 8pm now. Got back to me really quickly as well!!
I know this is the other way around than you want to do it, but it shows they can change the timeframes.
Of course it may just have been that because I'd already booked it and missed the timeslot they were more flexible to make sure it got done at all?!? Drop them a line and see what they say. :)

If it gets close to the deadline and no one's picked them up then yeah they normally do :)

Hope you have a lovely time boyoboy. Wel jel!

I will see what TNS say? I have asked them once in the past and they changed the times straight away. Asked another time and got told off. LOL. They don't put names at bottom of emails so it's hard to know who has replied etc.

Just done my massive haul of shops today. One left tomorrow. Woohooo!!! Did a gadget shop today, got served by the same mos that served me 6 months ago. He has gone from being clueless and mumbly to a really knowledgeable and confident young man with top notch customer service. Was so impressed.

Gap are trying to stiff me over a heavily bonused burger job they rang up and asked me to do for them.

Nothing wrong with the assignment at all, trouble was the facility was having trouble with it's ordering system and it took ages for the order to come through.

Some Aussie woman rang me last week just to clarify what went on and she said it wasn't my fault so no reason for it to be rejected at all especially the way they have just sneakily done it without telling me. I've just sent an email to the UK Shopper assignments saying I want my money, it was a very high bonus they offered and I feel they have just scammed me.

Anyone else had to fight for payment or managed to get resolution in some way?

I'm just back from a 3 week holiday. I need to get the motivation to dip my toes back into m.shopping again now.
The first couple of days I was away I kept thinking in report mode, and noticing everyones names and descriptions!

    Yes, and I lost!!

I did 2 x coffee jobs in the same town - neither got a very good report - surly staff, slow service, luke warm drinks. I am 99.99999% certain I did the reports right but the Manager of the stores claimed I submitted the wrong report for the wrong store and demanded a re-shop.

Ian at Gap phoned to explain and I said OK, if I've done wrong, I'll hold my hands up and admit it - but asked for him to return the reports to me so I could check against my notes.

I never got the reports returned, and I never got a reply to any of the emails I sent every day asking them for the courtesy of the reply.

Needless to say I didn't get paid either.

Gap apparently are very good at ignoring emails when they don't want to pay you for a job!

    That's bad.

Other than the length of time it took to receive the food there were no other issues so they have no reason to reject the report and their CCTV can easily verify what I said regarding wait time.
