Hi, can anyone help please, I don't seem to be able to open the brief's on PIP. It say's you need to access word & adobe reader which I have but I just get a blank screen opening. Also I can't see any contact details for them to get help. Any ideas and does anyone else have this problem?

Yes, same problem here. Rang them this afternoon and there are a few people with the same error. They are looking into it. Have PM'd you a telephone number.

If you don't have it already, try downloading Google Chrome browser. Its really quick to install (less than 2 mins). When you click on the Brief it will download to your PC and the Word icon for the document will appear on the bottom of the browser page. (Same with Adobe docs)

PIP work better with Chrome.

I've got IE and had trouble downloading and opening the PiP brief but was OK when I saved it and then opened it.

Well with a name like Retail Eyes they were bound to get the job! Such a shame the fee has dropped so much, cant see how that would be worth the time time now, considering a RE style report to complete afterwards.
