Not done any Secret shopping for a while, but they are ridiculously slow payers!, haven't been paid for JKS farms yet, but I think guidance said payment was 31 working days after assignment.

I did two jobs for secret shopping in june, wrote them an email but not heard from them:mad:

Just done a really posh department store for RM, think overly priced good, and by overly, I mean OVERLY! It's funny how the staff went from looking down their nose at me and pouting to being uber friendly and chasing after me asking if I wanted any assistance when it clicked I was the mysterious shopper (had to visit 3 departments and by the time I was looking around the 3rd one with large purchases, it was obvious I was the one!). My bad! :j:j:j

I got an email back after chasing for a payment for a job completed for secretshopperservices in early June, that was late last week and it said payment would be by Wednesday this week. Guess what...No payment. Why do companies feel the need to lie (or at least overestimate their ability to pay you by a date) about payment dates ever. I made the mistake of working for them again to see if it was a one off payment delay last time.

I wouldn't call them as its an American number I have for them so that would eat more of the payment which is already degraded by a poor exchange rate that is only getting worse.

Received a Travelex payment too, matches the amount due from Gap for my July assignments, delays one month and then random payment references the next!!! Would be nice to get a bit of warning of the change of payment method but cant complain about the payment date this time!
