I have done this twice with RE pizza shops, so I cheated. I was not going all the way back to take a photo! I GOOGLEd the shop, looked for images of it and hey presto. Job's a good un! :p:D
EXIF data from photos show when it was or wasnt taken etc
plus you may find your self blocked by companies for doing this. An email went out from a few agencies regarding this.

Did give this thought but then thought what if they figure its lifted from the net? (not sure how they would) dont really want to lose RE, Im finding it a steady little stream of jobs. Especially as Bare and React keep knocking me back for jobs. I feel like the ugly kid at school tryin to get a girlfriend..:(

Don't get me wrong, I don't always do it, it was only two times when I realised I needed a shop photo but could not be bothered going all the way back, would have cost me another £5 on the train. My bad I know!

I struck lucky with both BARE and REACT. I chose jobs that no one else wanted and I got them both. Keep trying and I am sure you will get one someday soon.

Thanks for that info. I didn't know about that.
  • AH! I've only done the Gap ones, RE Chick/chips probably aren't near me in Scotland, which is why I was baffled...

Bizarrely there isn't one in Dundee. I think your nearest will either be Aberdeen or there may be one in Dunfermline beside the 2 bros and the cinema.

No RE. I would be even more upset if I went back took the photo then realised I didnt need it!

I have just done that. Took my camera, then realised I didn`t have all the batteries (It`s a very old camera). Had to find somewhere to buy new batteries, then took picture. Came home to find original batteries hiding at the bottom of my bag. And then found I did`nt need a picture anyway.

done chicken and chips tonight as well. Got home and thought...hang on..didnt take a photo! Back in the car 16 mile round trip!

Will probably do it again at some stage!

Haha i did the EXACT same thing, had to go back, although mine is literally at the end of my road, so not such a hardship.

Saying that, i uploaded the pics which were clear, when the uploaded they came out blurry, shall i e-mail them with the original pics?

I wouldnt worry unless they ask, its most likely the compression system they use to reduce the file size on display, like if you upload photos to facebook, the quality is always reduced. They should receive it in the quality you sent it in.
