Not if the brief/product in some way requires it, ie. I remember one well quoted example that it was perfectly acceptable to advertise for a black actor to play Othello due to the nature of the part.
However if the brief/product is open to the general public then they would be on dodgy ground.
I was think more on the side of the bank. If they will only allow you to open an account if you are a specific type of person, is that not discrimination?I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

I don't think the bank restricts the access, obviously the products appeal more to the target segment but anyone could open, only RA who might be discriminatory in this instance I think0 -
Just a quick note that due to Belgian bank holidays last week, Helion bank payments were made this Monday, so they should be with you soon. Paypal and Moneybookers were made early last week. Thanks and sorry for the delay!0

I have had payment from React under the name Lodge Services and have only done ordinary react jobs.
really ?
Id only previously done one coffee shop at an aiport airside (included free (£120) flight of my choice) and that was paid by React
and just completed a time and motion study and thats been paid by react too.
guess they just pay out of which ever account has the most money in at the time :rotfl:0 -

The thing is that the staff were lovely and helpful and friendly and there wasn't anything that I thought could have been done better except they didn't mention the loyalty card, should I be looking for something to criticise if the service is that good?
When I have given perfect marks I go OTT to justify it. It is rare so you need to be sure to really back it up with GOOD factual statements if you had a lot of "The member of staff was professional, and polite.... The member of staff was very professional and attentive" thats not good enough dig deeper... HTH!
With regards to banks-- pretty much they can have a certain guidelines for whot hey want as customers... When I first came to this country I was turned down by 3 high street banks because I wasn't British. Go figure! Banks, Loans, and all applications have a certain person in mind. I know Sheilas Wheels got into some hot water for giving discounts to female drivers as they were discriminating.0 -

Same-- Ive done lots of work for REACT never been paid under Lodge.0 -
I've had a couple of payments which have come through from Lodge after doing work for React, remember it coz it threw me abit as I couldn't work out where it was from until I matched up the total. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
