See this is why I hate Argos - their prices go up and down weekly.
    Cookworks 2.5 Litre Rice Cooker £12.49 (£24.99)

I bought this at £10 about 3 years ago from Argos - it's never £24.99!!!

No, and thats why I rarely shop at Argos anymore because I don't like the way they advertise.

If you are buying anything from Argos ALWAYS check the small print under the advert that will tell you the lowest selling price, for example:

    VAX U91-MA-B Bagless Upright cleaner

    WAS- £199
    NOW-£149
    SAVE! - 25%

Actually, no, save NOTHING! PAY MORE!!
    * Please note item 4064073 has previously been on sale at £119.99.

Thank you! Just reserved a Breville 3.5 Litre Slow Cooker £12.49 (24.99) - as I have a £5 voucher to use, that will make a good xmas prezzie for the MIL!

You can get it delivered for £5.95 still nearly a £20 saving plus the couple of pound that would have been spent on parking and petrol. ;)
It only takes a second to say thanks!

Search all Argos stores. Use the website WWW.CHECKNOW.CO.UK to search for any item in any Argos nationwide and Ireland.

Apart from the fact that quite a few places sell it for around £25 and some for a few pounds less.
They were available on Amazon a few months back for about £21

I bought one from MAKRO for £16.95 earlier this year :)

I understand that these prices may not necessarily be the best prices that they have ever been or probably ever will be but at the moment a lot are readily available at a store that is convenient for people and at a reasonable price.
