BT Incorrect Billing = Had enough now

Every month my BT bill is wrong. I have the all inclusive calls add on but still get charged for all calls. Every month I have to phone BT explain their mistakes and then hopefully get it rectified. This takes about an hour.
I was informed last month after speaking to a manager that he had found the problem and next month it would all be ok.
The bill arrived and once again it's wrong. I'm fed up of this now.
Can anyone surgest a person at BT to contact to get this resolved.
Thanks in advance.

I had the same thing and found it impossible to get to speak to a real human person. I had to write.0

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Nor would I. I've suffered a similar problem with my last five quarterly bills. Each time they assure me it will be corrected on the next bill, but it never is.spikescot2005 wrote: »Have filed out the form but i don't hold out much hopeStompa0 -
Another month and and another incorrect bill. Phoned up again to complain and after explaining and pointing out why my bill is wrong and what the correct bill should be they still decide to debit my account with the wrong amount. Refund is on its way, shouldn't have been taken in the first place.
Have been promised that my next bill will be correct but i don't hold out much hope.
Surely there is a breach of contact somewhere on there side?0
