I changed the replacement pads that came with it a week and a half ago and am now disfigured on my torso with cell death blisters and spots. I contacted slendertone, to be told it was a fake and am now taking legal steps to stop this happening to anyone else.
For eBay users
eBay has little to no fake policies other that VERO which is a joke. VERO works when the company reports the item to eBay, eBay WILL NOT remove the item just because you said its a fake.
If she has a history of selling fakes, I would open a case, she deserves it. If its a one off, ask her for a refund and if she refuses, well... a case if the answer again. I just hate people opening cases when communication can sort problems out0
