Keep trying the stores they were comming through quite often last week.

I made 3 trips to bolton town centre for the 2 game stores there
1st visit was in the afternoon the delivery had all gone 2 hours earlier
2nd visit I got there about 10:30 and was 15th in the queue the store had 18 on the delivery note but only 13 were delivered, the woman infront of me was gutted as was her son that was with her so we both went round Bolton trying all the other alternatives. I called in the other game and was told they were getting 3 the following morning so go back early and I should get one if Im in the first 3.
3rd attempt, I got there at 8:35 and was first in the queue the delivery arrive at 9am as the store opend and I got a Wii, it turend out thay had reserved the other 2 for people comming in and turned the rest away with the infor that the other store up the street was getting 12 on their order. I stoped by and there were 3 in the queue, I thought about the other woman (14th in the queue the other day, she said she was going back) I joined the queue and waited the woman turned up and was 12th so she should have got one. 8 Wii's arrived so I sold one of the ones I had to the woman for £180 so she was really happy, she had been traveling arround the north west via bus trying to get a wii for her son I helped sort it.

moral of the story, the early bird catches the worm. and hit the shops over and over dont rely on the phone the shops are busy so proberbly wont answer wear your shoes out looking in the shops.

Ohh buy some deep heat with the wii, both my arms are killing me after spending yesterday bowling pitching and boxing it hurts.

All those people that have said we will probably return them etc etc and how is all so stupid wanting to rush out and get one,have you plauyed it?
I ask because we have one(got one from pre-order with Game) and it's fantastic.The kids love it and not only that but even the adults were really enjoying it today when we took it around the outlaws,so much so infact i heard many i want one;)

Definitely try Game stores first thing in the mornings... We got one last Friday (22nd) at about 10.30am so there should be no problem, demand will go down a little now as there is no rush to get them for xmas seeing as it has passed now.

My son wants to buy one with his x-mas money. Anyone have any idea what shops have them in stock? or when they will get them in?

Seems the only place currently is ebay. Trailed round the last couple of days with no luck (just laughter from the sales assistants). Prices on ebay range from generally silly to the odd 'bargain'. If you can wait, I would. Why oh why didn't the online stores limit orders to two. At least it would have slowed the ebayers down by having to use multiple accounts/addresses to order loads.

Call your local Game store/stores every morning.. or just pop by there if you are nearby, it will have to be early though as it's just a matter of luck.

There are people in the Grabbit forum that chat about which stores are getting stock in.
