Pre pay key meter error code question

Can anyone advise me on an error code please? £20 credit was put on my key on Monday 13th. Unfortunately never checked when key was put into meter. Now the meter is showing 'ERROR 14' There is just over £3 left so running out isn't imminent. And, can't find receipt! Any comments welcome. Thanks

This may be sorted. I have contacted Southern Electric and the error shown is that the key is 'worn out'. I have been given a Co-op that I have to go to and quote a reference number and tell them I am collecting a key and a message. I will let you know what happens. So, ERROR 14 is duff key!

Sorted. Southern electric issued a new key from a local co-op and the £20 was put back on the key. Overall a very satisfied customer.
