Avg gas bill help....

Sorry if this has been asked before ( and I am sure it has ) but trying to find out if there is an avg cost of onebill for gas and electric, or if we can get a guide as to what people pay at least each quarter so we have a guide.....
We live in a one bed flat in London, both work so we are out during the day 5 days a week from 8 in the morning home about 7 - 8 at night, we have GCH and gas hob/Electric oven and a combi boiler and just trying to find out if we are paying over and above the norm OR if we are just paying the norm
