Over a week ago I ordered some prints from this company https://www.popartuk.com and paid by credit card.
On Monday when the items had still not been delivered (supposed to be delivered next day but allow 5 working days for delivery which I did), I emailed them to enquire about it.

No response so this morning I emailed them again.

Came home at lunchtime and when I try the site now I get 'page not found'.

I don't even have an address for the company.

My order was for over £30 - can someone offer me some advice/help/something please???

Get on to your Credit card company... they are jointly liable with the company, if you have been scammed the CC should return your monies.

this said, the web pages loads ok for me..(but they don't seem to do prints...) is it a browser problem...?

Thanks for the reply Raggie - I had given the wrong site name on my original post and thats why you were able to load the pages (unfortunately for me!)

Do I just contact the cc company and explain the situation and they will refund me?
