Littlewood's charged my card and account

I recently received a £30 off code through the door. Thinking of some bits and bobs I needed I hopped online and purchased a couple of things and redeemed my £30 off. All was good. Checking my credit card I can see a payment of £60.20 is pending, and a credit of £30 will shortly follow as I've used this before and all was good.

I logged into my account just now (balance was at £0) and my balance is now at £60.20. It would seem both my card AND my account have been charged! Checking my order tracking I can see only one order for my items has gone through, so I've not accidentally ordered two lots.

Am I right in thinking they've charged me twice? Or is that balance there until the payment clears with my credit card and will then be removed?

Thanks for clearing up this confusion!

P.S. I will ring them tomorrow but I was just wondering if anybody here knew about this.
