Ive just ran out and fed my courgettes:rotfl:
I planted them out but they seemed to be slow growing so thanks to this thread i will feed mine more regulary now:o
I have to look after my garden now though like a secret agent:eek:
the kids next door scramble over if they see me in garden and then run loose amongst veg, in my shed, and in my house...they are feral:( so i have to do moonlit gardening and wait till the nan has taken the bigger ones to school so i can get in my garden then scarper if the back door opens.
I refuse to let them destroy my veg though- i will win:eek::rotfl:***MSE...My.Special.Escape***0 -

you are having a laugh- they are living with their nan (next door) , not sure why .
the problem started from me taking down my 6 foot fence which they broke by climbing over onto the boundy wire fence and swinging on my fence, pulling out panels etc till i had to take it down as it wasnt safe.
they then dug a hole under the wire fence:eek: and pulled apart the wire till its got holes in.
they now climb over under and through the wire at their hearts content despite me chasing catching and putting them over, there is 3 of them aged 3, 4/5 and 7. now i can cope with the youngest doing it as shes only small so doesnt really know better. the oldest one is rude though and despite telling her she takes no notice. my 14 year old son told them to go back over yesterday so she was screaming F**k off:eek:
Ive just came back and the little ones are running around garden and the older wanted me to lift her across, ive told her shes banned for sayng bad words as i dont let rude kids in the garden then despite tellig them to go home they were banging on back door (locked it as if i dont they run in and take stuff:eek::rotfl:)
the nan tells them off but they dont take notice, honestly i have 5 children but id die off shame if they were like that:(
ive tried to involve them in the gardening so they know what they can touch (ive even let them grow some we planted together) but they are still mental. the nan complained one got locked in my shed- id allready told them its dangerous to go in there because of stuff may fall but they dont care, i went in earlier and it looked like an earthquake had hit!
Im saving to buy a new fence but the dad had the cheek to tell me how it should be built etc, no mention to me to help pay for one etc.
i took up gardening to relieve my stress as well:eek::rotfl:***MSE...My.Special.Escape***0 -

How about a word with your community police officer? This is the kind of problem they deal with every day. You've got a right not to have kids running around in your garden destroying things and the adult in charge of them has a responsibility to keep them under control. The community police officer can explain this to the father and grandmother in very simple sentences. Anyway the kids are clearly far too young and undisciplined to be left out even in their own garden alone so there's shades of neglect coming into this as well. What happens if one of them does have an accident in your shed or garden, God forbid? You can't be responsible for supervising them 24/7, but I bet it would be made out to be your fault.Val.0 -

the housing association suggested I report them for anti social behaviour when i asked them to replace my fence(they replaced it before a few years ago and are responsible under my tenancy agreement but they now say they arent and are stating the new one privacy panel rule.) apparently though the next door neighbour had already complained about my fence and the hole and must have made it out as it was me or something as they were quite snotty at first:eek: the HA were a bit shocked when i told them i wasnt really bothered if they were not going to provide a new fence on my side as i was buying one when ive saved up enough but they need to repair the wire original one as the kids keep getting stuck (next doors not mine)- but the kids are really wild and dont listen and damage my stuff. last weekend the boy was banging my bin off the backdoor glass as i wouldnt let him in:eek:
other things he likes to do is through my brush , watering can over the side fence when hes in one:(
The nan does try to control them by shouting them to come in if she heres me trying to get them out but in reality they are impossible for her as well to control-i dont feel like i can involve the police as if the mom hasnt got them , i wouldnt like the police to involve social services as she obviously loves them to peices..they are just wild.
the thing is they are quite loving beside all the wild behaviour, and will just run and jump at me for a hug etc but i obviously would prefer them to either stay in their garden or come over mine -when invited- and behave without distruction. my 3 year old is no angel dont get me wrong but none of my kids have been like that and to here them all shouting swear words is horrible, i dont want my kids doing it too so i now have to lock mine in:(***MSE...My.Special.Escape***0 -
Poor old you - what a life! At least it should get a bit better as they get older:(0

I know- ive been putting off buying the fence as well as what do i do if they break that:(, i was going to have the wire and concrete post one removed so we both had a new nice looking fence but now i think its better if i fix the wire one and just get one built on my side but knowing the kids they will somehow manage to get wedged down it or post all the rubbish through it till we get rats back.
HOWEVER

Then give 'em a midnight feed tonight!

I will do:o- i have to use stealth though in case it triggers the security light next door:rotfl:Then give 'em a midnight feed tonight!

I have to wait till the children are definately asleep first because they bang or hang out of the window-bearing in mind we both have 3 story houses:eek: they scream my name as well over and over, its like being famous with groupies running loose but without the benefit of the financial side- -i said to my daughter i feel like Justin Beiber:rotfl:
i must confess i did have the urge the other day (after the boy trying to smash my windows) to unlatch the side gate and leave it open ......its only the fact that the 3 year old would probably run onto the road that stopped me- as i said to oh, im sure she would soon stop them coming in if they are running loose up the street:mad:
thankfully i havent reached that level of evil yet but it did flit through my mind:eek:***MSE...My.Special.Escape***0
