Cheapest method of extractor to get Extension signed off

Extension recently built. To get the completion certificate I need to install an extractor 60ltr/m. I'm re-fitting the old units for about 6 months, have new windows/french doors (all with trickle vents). So I don't really want to have to install a hob extractor at this stage (as I dont know what I'm buying new yet).
Thought about a normal wall extractor, but not sure that will meet 60ltr/m and I don;t really want a normal wall extractor long term anyway.
Can anyone throw in the pot any ideas please?? so I can get my extension signed off?? Or is it one or other of the above choices? Whatever I end up with will probably be disposed of when new kitchen units installed, so trying to spend minimal funds? Needs to be cheap, cheap if possible. Thanks in advance

BC insist on ventilation for a reason - why would you want to get rid of it???0

I don't want to get rid of it. I'm old fashioned. Like to open one of the windows to get air. However, I still have to figure out the best way to put in some mechanical ventilation to get completion certificate.
When I put in new kitchen, I have no problem with fitting an over hob extractor, but have no idea which one I will want & would prefer not to be pushed into choosing the wrong one, just to get completion cert. But I also dont want to wait 6 months to get completion cert. Hence, any cheapo ideas anyone please0 -
Just choose the location of your hob and buy the cheapest wall fan you can find that meets the specs and use the hole that the the hob extractor will eventually use. Either that or wait.0

You will get a wall one that does the job. It needs to be within a certain distance of the hob though. Ask the building control officer for confirmation!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
