m&s sale delivery

Have paid out £7 for delivery of stuff that were not suitable. (size, Colour ) Really annoyed with having to pay as they used to be able to collect sale stuff in store. Emailed them with my complain and they replied with this,

I'd like to reassure you that sale items can still be collected in store, and this will be displayed on the item page on the website.

I hope this information is helpful today and you're able to have sale items delivered to your local store soon.

So a result of sorts, but i am still down £7. Ah well, less vodka for me this week, life is so hard !!!!!:D

I couldn't find anywhere to get sale items delivered to store the last few tines I placed an order...infact I bought 3 pairs of trousers for £1 each and then had to pay £3.50 postage which was more than the cost of the items. I was told it is too difficult for them to send goods to store during a sale...

I think the grabbit is to say that in future sale items will be able to be collected in store - that's FREE - so that'll be a grabbit of sorts!!!

Perhaps you would like to see it on the freebies?????

    Are you anally retentive too???;)

Last time I ordered sale items it wouldn't let me collect in-store, so did they explain why the site wouldn't let you collect in-store if you are supposed to be able to?

You do get the delivery back if you return them within 7 days, it's in their t&c's (took me a while to find it again!)

If you are returning them instore within 7 days then I would advise you to remind the assistant to refund the delivery charge as this till doesn't do it automatically.
