Is this a bit strange..??

My mum owns a property that has just become vacant so she has put it up to be re let. Now Tesco have put in a request to the estate agent to let the property for 2 years but with these 3 conditions -

House must be cleaned throughly
Garden must be tidy
THERE MUST BE A BLACKOUT BLIND IN EVERY WINDOW!!???

Anyone think why???

    Marajuana factory?

Sorry but does sound a bit odd - I'd be inclined to ask why before I went to that expense!

I'd go with the night worker option.

I have friends who work night shifts, and they have fitted blackout blinds in their house.

Tesco have been advertising for eastern european staff and presumably want to house them all somewhere.

Black out blinds are essential for shift workers. If tesco is going to grind these poor souls into the ground then they will need every ounce of sleep they can get.

Couldn't Tesco get blackout blinds for themselves!?
