Paypal feedback survey

Just had this through, it's addressed to me.
I know it says only that I may have had by account temporarily limited but I haven't. I did get the thing to complete to say whether I'm a personal seller etc.
Does anyone have any idea if this is actually from Paypal?
I haven't clicked any links & won't. There's nothing in my paypal account about a survey.

It's a scam, I've had these before. The web address isn't from Paypal, either.

The scam emails supposedly from paypal don't usually have your name on, they're sent to undisclosed recipients or something similar.
I've just googled the email address (I don't know why I didn't think to do that earlier) & it seems that it is a survey site working on behalf of paypal. I still won't be clicking any links though.
