A stupid question though: What's the point of making toffee vodka in the first place? Why not just buy a bottle of dooleys/corky's?
I couldn't afford it lol, so i just spent £3.00 on vodka and used a bag of werthers i had in the cupboard. I can just about afford to lose £3.00 but not anymore as i'm on benefits.

Like you, I mix with Pepsi Max, so maybe that extra sweetness is what's masking any bad taste. But surprisingly, I do recommend it to vodka drinkers, if you intend to mix (around 50/50). No morning after effects either and I wouldn't even bother filtering (only tried filtering once, a long time ago).
I also recommend smart price whiskey as well. After being impressed with the vodka, I purchased a bottle to try (you can always get a refund). Again, I mix 50/50.
Regarding the Smart Price Vodka, it's not actually 'real' vodka (some europrats, sorry crats), are trying to get it (and similar products) declassified as being labled 'vodka'. It's actually molasses spirit (pretty much neat alcohol) watered down to 37.5% :eek:0
