Anyone know why Im being charged for 99p listings? Help!

Wonder if anyone could help me. I havent used ebay for ages and listed quite a few things (starting price 99p) on turbolister. I was about to upload them and its charging me a fee (albeit small one) saying something about there might be a delay with settlement through paypal. Ive never seen this before and wondered if anyone could tell me what its for. I did a search on this forum but cant find anything.

There is a 100 monthly limit have you gone over this.

This pricing is limited to a maximum of 100 listings per month. From the 101st listing, the standard insertion fee applies.

As turbo lister does not know how many you have already listed it assumes your listings are chargeable as normal and shows a fee. However if you try listing one the final screen *after* listing on turbolister should show total fees of 0p

As for the other message that is the 21 day hold notice for new sellers or sellers returning after a period of no sales. It just means that paypal may hold your funds for 21 days or until buyer leaves feedback.

Thanks for such quick replies. I only just downloaded turbolister so havent gone over any limit (only listed 13 items). Soolin, Im not sure what you mean by the bit in bold. Do you mean list another one outwith turbo lister then upload the stuff from turbolister? Im not very au fait with ebay TBH.

If you upload one of the items from turbolister it should show on turbolister that the item was successfully listed but it should also say that the fee charged was 0p. It isn't avery scientific way of doing it but the most you can lose is the 10p that turbolister originally showed was due.
