Redundancy

It looks like I am to be made redundant, I have only been in the job for 4 months and was brought in as an Operations Director to set up a Company within a Company, unfortunately things haven't panned out the way I expected, ie no investment into the Company and no support either, therefore they have made no money and can no longer afford to keep me here. Is there anything I need to know or look out for, I would imagine I won't be entitled to any redundancy pay as my time here has been so brief. Any help/suggestions would be welcome.

'fraid the only thing you would be entitled to is your notice pay and any accrued holiday as statutor.
Other than that, look in your contract to see if there is anything else.
Redundancy pay is only payable after 2 years full service.
Hope you find another job soon. Bummer eh.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
