memory stick data recovery?

been using a memory stick for some time, no probs, backing up music files etc.
on last backup, power cut out half way through, now cant aseem to access anything on the stick, and it shows as full up?

Try working on it with testdisk

hmm, tried testdisk, but that doesnt show the usb stick as option to check, when i load up..Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

Press start, run, then type diskmgmt.msc
It'll bring up a list of all disks.0
