car insurance companies who accept motability no claims bonus

Hi,
Up until last year I was driving a motability car for 5 years as my grandfather’s main driver.
After he passed away I had to get my own car and own insurance. I knew that there wasn’t many companies around that would except the no claims that I’d built up while driving under the motability scheme.
I eventually found one called Be Wiser who said they would except the previous year’s I’d built up with motabilty I excepted that I would have to pay a very high premium for the first year (I paid 1600 pounds on a ford focus ghia!) and I was then told that in 12 months’ time I would be entailed up to 50% discount as I would have been with them for a year.
This turned out to be a lie, and I have just had my quote for this year and its only reduced to £1400.
Does anyone know of any insurance companies that accept prior motability no claims along with any other NCB year’s that I have built up?
I really don’t want to be paying £1400 pounds again. I’M 27 I’ve been driving for 10 years and I have never had an accident this is really frustrating.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
