Integrated or Separate Modem and Wireless Router?

At the moment I have a Sagem modem (Tiscali provided) for connection to the broadband connect. Now I need a wireless connection to enable other family to get on line I have been looking at the option of either a combined wireless/modem router or separate units (internal modem card or use existing modem).
Bearing in mind I would like the fastest, reasonably priced solution does anyone have any recommendations?

If your Sagem modem only has USB connectivity, you won't be able to connect it to a wireless access point. Your best bet would be to buy a combined modem/wireless/router like this one which is ADSL2 compatible. Download the user manual from the manufacturers site to learn more about it before buying anything.
