    i awaiting a prize from closer online since 26th january i emailed them and they said there was a mishap on the third party so i had to send my details again, i have emailed them several times but still waiting

    Well done Liz.
    I've only ever not received one prize (so far), which was a DVD and book goody bag and...after months of being ignored and passed around...I was told sorry, we don't have it any more so you can't have it. :eek:
    So it's really lovely when a company comes through like this. Enjoy your (better) prize. x

    Britfilms were taken over a couple of months ago & loads of prizewinners details were lost in the process as I chased one of mine up yesterday.
