not really a techie but!!

i have just bought a plasma tv mount its a tilt one, but someone has told me i will have to chase all the wires into the wall:confused: something which i dont want to do... is this correct or will i be able to leave them hanging (unsightly i know) but i dont want to get it all fixed together to find out it wont fit unless i chase the wall:confused:

  • You can run the wires thought the wall, you can leave them hanging but this is unsightly so you could go for some trunking or group the wires and run in one thin strip down the wall. :)

To minimise the possibility of interference it's best to keep cables as far away from each other as possible. (That's the engineering answer).

Seems so. I've been so busy in the bank charges board recently that I seem to have missed a few posts I would have normally caught.
