Companies Buying Your House for Cash

Can anyone give advice on using companies who offer to buy your house for cash please? They state that they charge no fees but I suspect they give you a greatly reduced price to cover their costs.
The up side is that they get you moving - literally - if like us you have not sold current property but are anxious to purchase next home.
Do they do what they say on the tin? Or will we be well out of pocket?

Get a quote from one of them. WHen you know what they would actually pay you, you will be in a better position to decide if it is for you.0
