Hello
I am a First Direct customer and back in summer 2007 i recieved a bank charges refund.
However, years down the line im still getting charged and in the last couple of years the only thing that is pushing me over my overdraft limit is the bank charges themselves so its a vicious cycle.
Its costing me money i seriously dont have and im literally only just making ends meet.
Does anyone know if i can do a new claim from say 2008 to present?
Regards
Lisa

If you meet the financial hardship criteria and the bank charges are a cause of that then you may get some back. However, if its more a case that your lack or income and spending habits are the problem, then you wont.
It is only financial hardship cases that are still being looked at nowadays.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
