Should I apply for a Vanquis or Granite?

I've been declined for a Capital One Classic card and my Experian score is 460. This happened as a result of defaulting a couple times on bills, and having 2 overdrafts and 2 credit cards with a collections company which I pay monthly. Looking to apply for a Vanquis or Granite and pay in full to build my rating up again. Any suggestions?

I suggest the Vanquis card, as you can bag £25 cashback if approved

Unfortunately you can't.
You need to apply via Quidco in the first instance I'm afraid
