what should I do?

I am not sure what to do I have a problem with a disc in my neck, there is no compression it is contained but I do have intermittent attacks without warning of paralysis to the right side of my body with pain and I have been told that it is right brachial naralgia. These attacks come on without any warning and last for around one - two weeks. I am having one at the moment and the last time I had one was in July and was in hospital for a few days. The question I have is that I feel at the moment that I am unable to work due to me not being reliable as an employee I have applied for Disability Living Allowance twice but have been turned down as I am OK most of the time. I am currently looking after my two children who are 2 and 4 but I am worried about how I will pay for things in the future. My husband works full time working shifts which means that we cannot claim benefits as his wages are over the threshold limit and I am currently only getting child benefit as my child tax benefit is overpaid so we no longer get that as we are currently paying it back which will take some months to do. This means that I am constantly in my overdraft through necessity we have already remortgaged so we have no more money to help us out. I am doing a degree in law part time so I don't get the benefits a full time student gets. i enjoy my course but can't afford to do it as I still owe tuition fees. I want to start a business as I feel that this is a good way forward but haven't got any money to start up so I am hoping to be able to get some help from the bank? I am not sure whether to get a different current account as I am with first direct, get a business account or a student account? what should I do? I am sorry it has been long winded but I want to put as much detail into the question as I can. I am 33 married with two young children and if things carry on in this way there is a possibility that we would have problems paying the mortgage please help! Thank you
