Just been to beccles Tesco and grabbed one actifit and one babydry as per above posting and went through at full price. Went to cs who wouldn't refund let alone dtd as told me it had to be the same product for 2 for 20 pound even though clearly states ANY, he refunded me some money to take it to £20 but told me very clearly it was a gesture of goodwill and should be grateful until I said if he hadn't I would've just taken one back and swapped so was like the other thus still being 2 for 20 lol.

Forgot to say the carry packs are on offer at 9.99 or 2 for 17.99 and he did say I could mix those ones but not the other offer

call Head Office and complain, it is their policy to refund DTD if they overcharge you! the signs say ANY so you took any two! ;)

Yes I argued this but he was adamant it had to be 2 the same. I even asked a poor new mum that happened to pass us while arguing about it and she sided with me lol. He said he would feed back to head office what I'd said about the labels being misleading but that was all.
Does anyone have a contact number for head office please x

Don't they scribble all over your receipt when you get your DTD, meaning that you'll have issues spending any voucher received?

You may have issues if you get a trout but there is no reason why they shouldnt honour it, the DTD is a bribe to stop you complaining to trading standards, the pricecheck offer is completely seperate.
